Problems with live data on Chrysler,Dodge,Jeep?

    I'm having problems after the most recent update to chrysler,now can't read live data from a 2004 Jeep Liberty ,the screen just comes up blank and I also have a code without a definition of that code which I've already investigated. Anyone else with the same problem with jeep or any other make?

     I do not have any libertys to try on currently but would recommend you save the file and send to support through the tool . This method would be the best way to handle it.

    I have problems with the latest update too, I was trying to change tire size to a ram truck and it lost all the vehicle configuration and with the maxysys is not option to reconfigure the vehicle and I end it up send it to dealer to get vehicle configuration back, before this update I done it without problem.

    They did send an update suposedly correcting the issue,not a vehicle update but a system update recently. Anybody with prolems so far?

    I have a Chrysler grand voyager 2.5 L CRD and my maxisys and it doesn't read the
    engine ecu but then again I haven't found any other scanner that would. Even before or
    after the update.
